From property investment to residential sales and lettings, Zenko Properties specialise in a wide range of estate agency services across Yorkshire.
For this position, we perform an expansive range of responsibilities within Client Account Management. Our specialist team is fully trained in Property Management Software – enabling us to take control of many admin and data entry tasks such as bank reconciliation, inputting rent and processing contractors invoices and payments to the landlords.
We also complete a wide variety of Office Account Management tasks such as day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly management accounts, payroll and pension services, and VAT return calculation and submission.
Assisting with their lettings services since 2019, we’ve enhanced their financial processes for both the office and client accounts. Providing more efficient management and analysis of both accounts has allowed the team at Zenko Properties more time to focus on growing their business.
The contract has since grown to include senior ARLA advisory, managing compliance levels and annual compliance health checks.
